Enerfin is directed by two of its original co-founders, David C. Cremer and Thomas M. Imre. Together they have led the successful acquisition, management and development of all of Enerfin’s midstream and upstream assets and properties over the past twenty-five years. Their unique involvement and success with corporate turnarounds and reorganizations complements their strong combination of operating, marketing, and financial management expertise. Working closely with investors, lenders and oil and gas producer/customers, they have brought innovation, profitability and stability to varied situations throughout the growth and development of the company.

Dave Cremer

Dave Cremer has spent nearly his entire career, thirty-five years, in the energy industry. He has founded several companies during that period. As co-founder of Enerfin, he has led the management and development of the natural gas midstream (pipelines, processing, treating, marketing) business since inception. He has also been instrumental in the management and development of several of Enerfin’s upstream oil and gas production properties. Mr. Cremer began his career in the energy industry with Farmland Industries, Inc. (Kansas City) in the Petroleum Refining division and later served in various leadership positions in the Natural Gas Products division in Tulsa. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Kansas and an MBA with Oklahoma State University. He is active in numerous industry trade organizations and currently serves on the GPA – Legislative & Regulatory committees and the TIPRO State Issues committee.

Tom Imre

Tom Imre has positively directed several entrepreneurial efforts over his career, 30 plus years, primarily in the energy industry. Beginning in Arthur Andersen and Co.’s energy practice, Mr. Imre quickly moved to start several new business ventures in Houston early in his career and became the CFO of Enerfin Gas Processing Corp. in 1987. Working with his co-founders, Mr. Imre led the formation of Enerfin Resources in 1989 and has since provided visionary leadership during the company’s expansion from an Oklahoma midstream business to a multi-state energy enterprise with operations spanning from exploration to marketing. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Mississippi.
